What is eBusiness Loans?

An online-first business finance service for Australian businesses. You enquire online, share information digitally, and a lending specialist matches you with a suitable lender and product.

Does enquiring affect my credit score?

No. There's no credit check when you enquire. A credit check is only run once you've seen your options and chosen to apply.

Will my details be sent to lots of lenders?

No. We don't do spray-and-pray. A specialist works out the most suitable match and only that lender sees your application.

What types of finance can I apply for online?

Unsecured business loans, business lines of credit, invoice finance, revenue-based finance, equipment and tech finance, working capital loans, and property-secured options such as secured short-term loans, bridging finance, caveat loans and second mortgages.

How much can I borrow?

Unsecured, cash-flow and line-of-credit options for trading businesses typically run from $5,000 to $500,000, sized on turnover and bank statements. Property-secured business loans run from $20,000 to $5,000,000.

What interest rate will I pay?

We don't publish rates, because every business loan is priced on the business's individual circumstances — the product, security, trading history and risk. Your specialist explains the full cost before you commit to anything.

How quickly can I get funds?

Same-day funding is possible for smaller unsecured amounts when your documents are ready and checks clear early. Property-secured loans of $20k to $250k are possible same day, and up to $5m is possible within 24–48 hours. None of these are guaranteed.

How long do I need to have been trading?

Many unsecured lenders look for at least six months of trading and bank statements. Newer businesses may still have options, especially with property security.

Do I need to connect my bank account?

No. A secure read-only connection is usually fastest, but you can normally upload PDF statements instead.

Is it safe to share my bank data online?

Use only the secure link a lender provides. Connections are read-only, and under the Consumer Data Right you choose what's shared, consent expires after 12 months and you can withdraw it at any time. Never give your banking password to anyone by email, SMS or phone.

Can I get finance with ATO debt?

Often, yes — it's considered case by case. A debt on a payment plan that you're keeping up reads much better than an unmanaged one. Be upfront about it in the form.

Can I get finance with bad credit?

Past credit issues are considered case by case. What matters is the full picture: current trading, how the issue arose, and whether it's resolved. Property security can widen the options.

Do I need accounting software?

Not always. Smaller unsecured amounts can often be assessed on bank statements alone. Larger amounts, lines of credit and invoice finance usually benefit from up-to-date accounting records.

Can I sign the loan documents electronically?

For most online products, yes. Companies have had a permanent legal pathway to execute documents electronically since 2022. Some property security documents involve extra steps.

Do you lend for personal purposes?

No. eBusiness Loans is for business purposes only.

Where are you based?

Our office is at Level 9, 440 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, and we help businesses across Australia.
